IBWPPI Donate Fetal Drop to Clinic

IBWPPI Donated a Fetal Doppler to The Cordella Sutherland Birthing Clinic Ghana. A fetal doppler is being used by the clinic to check unborn baby’s heartbeat to determine due date and see if the baby is okay.

It is saving lives!

A fetal Doppler is a test that uses sound waves to check your baby’s heartbeat. It’s a type of ultrasound that uses a handheld device to detect changes in movement that are translated as sound. (citation WebMD)

The Cordella Sutherland Clinic will soon be an official Birthing Center for the Feyiase and surrounding communities in the Lake Bosomtwe area of Ashanti Region, Ghana!

This is part of the Health and Wellness Policy, IBWPPI’s goal is to mobilize intellectual, financial, and material resources to the point of need to implement initiatives that will result in restoring, rebuilding, revitalizing and re-investing in communities to help them obtain and maintain self-sufficiency.
