Originating in 2006, the We See You Awards International initially aimed to be a sophisticated and glamorous evening, graced with esteemed guests, offering fine dining and entertainment while shining a light on the inspiring contributions of women who have positively transformed communities in Los Angeles County.
Over the years, this event has grown into an international affair, aligning itself with the Annual Legislative Conference hosted by the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation. As the largest legislative conference for Black policymakers in the United States, this grand convergence now presents an even more influential platform to honor and recognize outstanding women who continue to make a global impact.
