Belinda Awumee

Belinda is an agile professional, possessing practical experience in Project & Stakeholder Management and Business Development. She is passionate about the power of the private sector to drive development, commerce, and sustainable solutions.​

Her project management experience comes from managing and coordinating team performance in the private sector with a focus on technology, construction and engineering. She has successfully completed several high-powered technology driven projects in Ghana, Togo and Congo-Brazzaville.

Subsequently, she progressed to explore her passion for private sector business development by gaining an International Business Master’s Degree. As a result, she possesses a globally oriented outlook in project implementation.

Currently, her professional focus is on the ITO and BPO industry and its power to revolutionize economic growth on the African continent through digital transformation and job creation. She does this via her role as a Business and Invest Advisor for GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale), coordinating the international business development of foreign tech companies, and promoting Ghana as a tech destination for job creation.

Belinda is passionate about lifelong learning, self-development and creating generational impact. This led to the creation of a career coaching and consulting practice for young people that provides smooth transition from academic to work life.

She is always on the lookout for new opportunities, new collaborations and meeting new people with whom she can utilize her skills and experience.
