Monorvi Asampong (Mono) is founder of CETAD (Centre for Executive Training & Development) an educational consulting firm offering consulting services to government, corporations and individuals needing to match their corporate goals with executive education aligned to their personal aspirations.

Loving the emerging continent of Africa and wanting to unearth the many opportunities that the continent hold, Mono relocated to Ghana from the UK in 2001, primarily to pursue a career in Information Technology. Her career evolved to include Management Consulting in the Petroleum Sector and Business Advisory services in Education and Entrepreneurship. With over 18 years of international consulting experience, Mono conveys a deep knowledge of matters pertinent to the African continent.

She has facilitated and moderated numerous training programs, and policy dialogue in the
Petroleum and Energy Sector, Extractive Industry and Project Management. She continuous to develop and deliver training in entrepreneurship and other soft skills for dynamic organisations who believe in equipping their staff adequately to produce results.

Mono has a special interest in promoting women in entrepreneurship and has spearheaded training and capacity development workshops for young female entrepreneurs in business. She provides an avenue for the women to learn about themselves, and align their lives to what works for each of them, personally and professionally. Mono managed Go Study Abroad, an educational advisory organisation that assisted young people in gaining scholarships to further their education in undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD programs outside their home country. She believed that gaining experience overseas and bringing that experience home was key to personal development.

Mono is currently the Country Director, Ghana for GetEnergy Field Ready an organisation that partners with local institutions to train young people to be employable. She also sits on the board of the Aya Community Centre, an elderly day care centre set up to cater for the needs of the elderly in the Western Region of Ghana.
