Kathlyn Adams Seay is a seasoned technology executive with over 35 years of experience providing high-level scientific, data analytics, and cyber consulting.  Kathlyn built her brand in the successful management of game-changing technology projects for clients with mission-critical and national security responsibilities.

Kathlyn co-founded and acted as President, CEO, and CFO for a successful national security-focused technology company, which she sold in 2016.  Kathlyn has dedicated much of her time, resources and knowledge to local, national, and international community programs, with special attention given to those that touch on youth, minority, and women empowerment. 

Kathlyn is the President and CEO of Dovestech, LLC a Cyber Security and Technology focused firm and Executive Director of the Greater Baltimore CARES Circle of the National CARES Mentoring Movement also known as the GBC Academy. She is devoted to making a difference in the lives of young people through mentoring and philanthropy efforts.
