Yonelle Moore Lee is an accomplished attorney, mediator, and entrepreneur with over 25 years of dedication to public service. She currently serves as Chairperson of the Board of Education of Charles County, Maryland, and was unanimously appointed Chairperson of the National Black Council of School Board Members. Yonelle also sits on the Board of Directors of the National School Boards Association and several other influential organizations. Her leadership extends to roles within the National Bar Association, where she serves as ADR Second Vice Chair. Recognized as one of Maryland’s Top 100 Women and Southern Maryland Women to Watch, Yonelle has received numerous awards, including the Outstanding Public Service Award from the Women Lawyers Division of the National Bar Association. Her extensive governance experience and commitment to education and equity make her a distinguished leader in both legal and educational spheres.
