Currently, Lisa holds the position of Head of People Partnerships at Bezos Academy and proudly serves as the Founder & CEO of FowlCore Industries 2.0 – a consultancy services firm dedicated to assisting businesses in fostering motivating work environments that not only bolster employee morale but also drive sustainable business growth.

Lisa’s professional journey has encompassed influential leadership roles in Human Resources, including positions as Head of People and Vice President of Human Resources across various industries. Her expertise spans sectors such as media & entertainment giants like Viacom, BET Networks, NBC Universal, and Universal Studios.

Lisa’s career extends far beyond the confines of the Media and Entertainment Industry, significantly impacting Healthcare, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Fintech, and Transportation sectors. Her roles at Bausch & Lomb and U-Haul entailed critical responsibilities, ranging from Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations to Performance Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Training & Development.
Lisa’s passion goes beyond being an HR expert; she is deeply dedicated to building high-performing teams and nurturing people-centric environments. Her commitment shines through her tireless efforts in developing strategies that elevate organizations to become preferred employers.

In her unwavering commitment to this mission, Lisa extends her advisory services to both domestic and international nonprofit organizations. Furthermore, she generously donates her spare time to advise small global startup companies, helping them seamlessly integrate people-centric strategies into operational and cultural changes that align with their business vision and mission.

Lisa is deeply committed to her community, actively volunteering in mentorship programs, contributing to the Empowering Pathways Giving Circle, serving on influential boards, including the International Black Women’s Public Policy Institute, and cultivating the next generation of leaders through volunteer organizations and as a member of Jack & Jill of America, Inc.

She holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Administration degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from National University San Diego.

Lisa’s home base is in Dallas, Texas, where she resides with her loving husband and two cherished sons. Her remarkable journey stands as a testament to her enduring commitment to people, their growth, and the communities she passionately serves.
