Gloria Dill

Secretary, Bermuda

Gloria Dill has over 25 years’ experience in Executive level administration and has held various roles supporting CEO’s and other Chiefs in both local and international organizations.

Her positions have enabled her to participate in board meetings on a high level; arrange executive travel and meeting scheduling, and co-chair an international conference. Dill currently works in a local law firm in Bermuda. With branches in London, Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, British Virgin Islands, Dubai, and Mauritius, the firm provides advice and support on all aspects of offshore corporate and commercial law, commercial litigation, and private client matters. She works closely with a Partner in the firm whose specialty is a company and commercial law, multinational insurance, technology, pharmaceutical, and mining company, clients.

Prior to her current position, Dill worked as Credit & Collections Analyst of a global satellite communications company with responsibility for collections in their Europe and Middle East regions.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, she serves in a leadership capacity for organizations focused on advocating for women’s health and wellness and children’s education. She is President of a breast cancer support group in Bermuda, a Board Member and Secretary of Bermuda Education Network, and a Board Member and Secretary of the International Black Women’s Public Policy Institute. Additionally, she volunteers in a substance treatment center and assists mature students to prepare for final exams.

She earned a Bachelor’s Science degree in Behavioral Science, Cum Laude, from Atlantic Union College, a Master of Science degree in Psychology from Kaplan University, and a Diploma in Addiction Counselling from NET Institute.
