Coralie Adderley holds the Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science degrees in Health Services Administration. A certified Health Care Executive and Fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives, Mrs. Adderley enjoys a career that has allowed her to work in the public and private health care systems in the Bahamas and the United States for over thirty (30) years. She served most recently in the public health care system of the Bahamas as Chief Hospital Administrator (CEO) of the Princess Margaret Hospital. Prior to joining the Princess Margaret Hospital, she served as Senior Vice President for Doctors Hospital Health System with responsibility for Doctors Hospital East.
Mrs. Adderley is the founder and president of Creative Leadership & Management Solutions (CLMS), an international management consulting firm launched in the summer of 2012. Her clients to date include a variety of disciplines, but primarily health care services. In January of 2018, she accepted the position as Managing Director of the Kidney Centre Limited, the premier provider of hemodialysis services in the Bahamas. Her national and civic contributions include: Current Chairperson of the National Women’s Advisory Council (NWAC) which exist to advance equality, fairness and dignity for all women and girls in the Bahamas; Founder and president of New P31 Ladies – a support and mentorship group for professional women using the biblical principles of Proverbs 31.
Mrs. Adderley is known for her tenacity to any task she is given. She is passionate about the delivery of quality healthcare services for ALL, especially those in vulnerable populations. Process and results-driven, Mrs. Adderley applies her natural gifts of planning and organization wherever she has an opportunity and honor to serve. Her mission statement is to Live Life on PURPOSE with Passion and Integrity.
She is married and enjoys traveling, reading, and when time allows, entertaining family and friends.
